What We Do

Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Staff is charged to:

  • Assess workplace conditions of staff.
  • Recommend action plans for projects related to staff.
  • Suggest implementation priorities.
  • Establish annual goals.
  • Monitor statistics related to staff demographics and workload.
  • Track the progress of recommendations.
  • Advise on a broad range of issues concerning staff management.
