Aug. 19 Staff Diversity Town Hall Dialogue
Dear Colleagues,
We had a very good turnout and an engaging discussion at the first session of the Staff Diversity Town Hall Dialogue Series presented by the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Staff and UCI Staff Assembly on July 29.
In response to the interest and feedback we have received, and in order to include those who were unable to attend, we will be holding a continuation of the first session from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, in the Cross-Cultural Center, White Conference Room. All campus employees are invited to attend.
We encourage you to attend so that you can hear about what is being done to enhance diversity efforts at UCI, share your perceptions and experiences, and give your thoughts and ideas for how we can improve on what we are doing well and how we can remedy any problems that may exist.
This also is a great opportunity to learn about what CACSS has been working on in support of UCI staff, and to share your opinions and provide your valuable insight as we work to ensure that UCI provides a positive work environment for staff.

We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, Aug. 19. Beverages and dessert refreshments will be provided.
