UCInetID and Email Access

All UCI Retirees now have the option to maintain their UCInetIDs and NACS email addresses! This new benefit will make it easier for you to keep those contacts that you have enjoyed here at UCI as well as receive notices regarding upcoming information sessions and events. Call or email our office for more information.

Campus Parking

UCI Retirees (NOT including “Rehired Retirees”) are now offered a 50% discount on all campus parking permit rates. Contact the parking office to order specific session, commuter or reserved permits, or, simply go to any kiosk to pick up a half-day or full-day permit at this discounted rate. www.parking.uci.edu

Library Privileges

Continued UCI library access is available to UCI Retirees. Library cards may be acquired. UC Irvine Library Loan Desks are located in the following locations:

Langson (Main) Library: 2nd Floor Lobby, 949-824-6842
Science Library: 2nd Floor Lobby, 949-824-3692
Grunigen Medical Library, 714-456-5585.

Arts and Performances

School of the Arts (SOTA) and Barclay Theater offer UCI Retirees discount rates! SOTA ticket prices are offered at a 20% discount . Barclay discount rates are dependent upon the show. For more information, please call SOTA at 949-824-2787, and, Barclay Theater information at 949-854-4646.

Anteater Recreation Center (ARC)

You are not a UCI student and you no longer work here, but you are still eligible to use the ARC! For $90 per quarter, or $288 annually, UCI Retirees are eligible for ARC membership that includes use of the fitness equipment, gym, track, drop-in classes, heated outdoor pool, fee classes and many more programs. www.campusrec.uci.edu

Your University Club (UClub)

The UClub welcomes all UCI Retirees on any day of the week. AND, as a special perk, you may enjoy a 25% discount on your lunch every Monday!

Health and Dental Benefits

UC has a Retirement Administration Customer Service Center in Oakland, 800-888-8267, to answer your health plan questions and assist you regarding Medicare enrollment procedures. In addition, if you experience problems with services and/or claims with your medical plan, please contact UCI’s Health Care Facilitator at 949-824-9065.

Call your UCI Fidelity Investments Tax-Exempt Service Company, Inc. (FITSCO) representative, 1-866-682-7787, or, visit http://netbenefits.fidelity.com for 24 hours-a-day and 7 days-a-week access to your information.
