Slips, trips, and falls account for more than 1,000,000 injuries and 16,000 deaths in the United States each year.

The Health Education Center is proud to offer a FREE  Lactation Station and Wellness Room for the campus community.

EAP will help employees locate resources and information nationwide related to childcare, eldercare and many more FREE Concierge Services that help you with you work/life balance.Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 1-800-433-2320.

Deaths from fires (especially smoke inhalation) are the most common cause of unintentional deaths in the United States.

You should store a gallon of water per person per day for a minimum of 3 days supply for everyone in your household.

Frequent and through hand washing or using hand sanitizer is the best way to prevent infection.

Emergency supplies kits should be inventoried and 'refreshed' with current food, age appropriate supplies for all family members, and other items at least twice each year. (And don't forget supplies for Fido and Fluffy!)
