The Partnership is an independent unit within the new HR model.
The unit will be staffed with Executive Directors of HR who practice the most current and sophisticated approaches to HR functions
Members of the Partnership work in close collaboration with the Executive Directors to leverage expertise across the entire enterprise
The model allows the HR teams to focus on serving their respective customers with the highest level of quality and responsiveness
The Partnership provides enterprise-wide strategic planning and support
The Partnership is responsible for

Support UCI’s strategic plan as set forth by Chancellor Gillman in early 2016
Promote strategic alignment
Facilitate consistency
Reduce transactional activity in favor
of value creation
