Retirement Savings Loan - Fidelity

Utilize a UC 403(b) Plan account loan to deal with an unexpected financial need. This plan allows individuals to borrow from their account and repay over time with interest being paid to the employee. Initial setup fee is $35 and there is a $15 annual fee. If the loan is for a home, the fees may be lower than typical mortgage costs. The minimum required balance is $1,000, and usually, individuals may borrow up to 50% of the balance. Minimum monthly repayment is $50.
