This 3-part workshop series reframes “communities of care” as environments that protect capacity, reduce unnecessary harm, and support sustainable engagement, rather than relying on individual self-sacrifice. Drawing on research-informed approaches to burnout, motivation, and workplace well-being, the series offers practical, work-embedded tools that participants can apply immediately — without requiring additional emotional labor. Each session balances psychoeducation, reflection, and practical strategies, supporting participants in sustaining themselves while contributing to a healthier, more humane workplace culture.
