Who Can Attend?
All UC Irvine co-workers – campus, COHS and Health – are invited to purchase tickets while supplies last. Ticket quantity is limited.
When Can I Buy Tickets?
Tickets for this event will be available soon. Please watch for a ZotMail from Ramona Agrela announcing the opening of ticket sales.
How Much Are the Tickets?
Tickets are $149.00 from August 1 – September 30, 2026. Ticket price increases to $169.00 on October 1, 2026.
How Many Tickets Can I Purchase?
You may purchase up to four (4) tickets with your valid employee ID number.
What Is Included With My Ticket?
You receive your park entry ticket and special event wristband. Ticket does not include parking, commemorative event pin, food, beverages, merchandise, rentals or any other add-ons.
How Do I Pick Up My Tickets?
You will receive an email when your ticket packet is ready for pick-up. Packets may only be picked up at Human Resources, 111 Theory, Suite 200, Irvine, CA 92617, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Additional dates, days and times will be added to accommodate night and weekend shifts. Please check this site often for updates.
Photo ID is required to pick up ticket packets, and only the person placing the order may pick up the packet. Photo ID picture and name must match the person who placed the order.
